Unregistered  - 1) The registered plots are those in which Registry is done, Offer of possession was given to allottee and he/she got the plot name registred in his/her name where unregistered plots are still waiting for their "Offer of possession" letter. The development is going on and offer of possession can be granted any time, it could be 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.  2) The payment is 100% deposited in Registered plots while in unregistered plots, the possession time payment is pending and major part of that payment is Lease Rent which is 10% of allotment price. In case of 300 sqm plots, lease rent is Rs. 142500/-. 3) The loans are not provided by any bank on unregistered plots, the loans are given by any bank on registered plots thus for a person seeking loan don't have option to unregistered plot. 4) The price of registered plot is higher than unregistered.
