Resale Price -The current plots price for unregistered 2000 sqm plots are between 70000 per sq mtr to 80000 per sq mtr depending upon location. The Price for registered 2000 sqm plot is between 14000 to 17000 per sq. mtr.

The price is between 70000 to 80000 cr depending upon the location of the plot. 

Transfer - The transfer charges are 2.5 % of the circle rate.

Circle Rate: Current Circle Rate is 36260/- (Revised in April 2026)

Registration Charges - The  total registry charges are 8% of circle rate (Where stamp duty is 7% along with 1% processing Charges)

Payment Plan - All plots payment plan were till 2016 thus payment for all plots must be deposited. In case of resale deal or transfer, YEIDA allows transfer only after 0 outstanding. The payments in resale deal are made on agreed time which is approx 30 days to 45 days.

Payment Plan - These plots were allotted in 2009 and payment plan was in 3 categories

1) 30% - 70% where intially 30% payment and rest of the payment was in installments of 8 years

2) 50% - 50% and

3) Down Payment

The payment plan was over in 2016 thus now all payments to be given to parties in immediatley. Generally the payments are given in 30 days or 45 days where 10% at the time of agreement and 90% at the time of transfer. In resale deals, It can be customized as per agreement terms between buyer and seller.
