Payment Plan - These plots were allotted in 2009 and payment plan was in 3 categories
1) 30% - 70% where intially 30% payment and rest of the payment was in installments of 8 years
2) 50% - 50% and
3) Down Payment
The payment plan was over in 2016 thus now all payments to be given to parties in immediatley. Generally the payments are given in 30 days or 45 days where 10% at the time of agreement and 90% at the time of transfer.
