Dimensions - The Plots dimensions for 300 sqm is 12 x 25 m where all plots are minimum 12 meter or wider road.
For 500m it is 16.25 x 31 qm, where all plots are minimum 12 meter or wider road.
For 1000 sqm it is 25x40 m where all plos are minimum 18 meter or wider road.
For 2000 sqm it is 32x26 m where all plots are minimum 24 meter or wider road.
For 4000 sqm it is 40x100 m where all plots are minimum 24 meter or wider road.
Construction Conditions - Construction is mandatory in 3 years after Physical possession. Physical possession is being done within few days after registry is done. The tentetive time of physical possession is between 15 days to 2 months. Please refer Yamuna Authority Bylaws for precise information.
Number of floors allowed - Total 2.5 floors are being allowed in construction on the plot including ground floor and first floor and half floor on 2nd floor on the plots being allotted by Yamuna Authority in Sector 18 & Sector 20.
Basement - The basement is allowed apart from 2.5 floors. Please refer Yamuna Authority Bylaws for precise information.
